Originally from Dallas, Texas, Brandon moved to Colorado at 14 and grew up in southeast Denver. He earned a degree in Economics from the University of Northern Colorado and went on to spend 15 years in construction finance, working with companies ranging from Fortune 500s to startups.

It was during college that Brandon met his best friend and now co-founder, Devin. Both Texas natives finding their footing in Colorado, the two bonded quickly over shared roots, big goals, and a vision for building something lasting. That partnership eventually became Bold Design Builders. Today, Brandon focuses on client relationships, project strategy, and making sure every build is approached with clarity, transparency, and purpose. For him, it’s not just about construction—it’s about creating spaces people are proud to call home.

Originally from McKinney, Texas, Devin moved to Greeley to attend the University of Northern Colorado where he and Brandon met. Shortly after college, he founded Dream Team Construction, where he began building a hands-on career rooted in quality craftsmanship.

Over the past decade, Devin has worn many hats—electrician, estimator, and project manager—building hands-on experience across every trade in the construction process. This well-rounded background gives him a deep understanding of home building from the ground up. As Director of Operations at Bold Design Builders, Devin leads day-to-day execution with precision and efficiency, bringing creative, innovative solutions that help shape each project into something truly exceptional.

Born and raised in southeast Denver, Grant takes pride in serving the community he’s always called home. After attending the University of Kansas in Lawrence, he returned to Colorado with an even deeper appreciation for the people and places that shaped him.

As Director of Sales & Marketing at Bold Design Builders, Grant works closely alongside his brother Brandon, Director of Business Development, supporting client relationships from the first conversation through project kickoff and beyond. He brings a personable, service-driven approach to every interaction, acting as a trusted point of support to ensure each project begins with clarity, confidence, and a shared commitment to delivering great results.
